The Redwood Experience at Jack London State Historic Park

Come and immerse yourself in the fortifying energy of the redwood forest and join us for an interactive experience with these magnificent trees as we engage in sensory activities, mindful meditation, and a revitalizing hike to the Ancient Redwood, a 2,000 year-old giant of Sonoma mountain. A treat for your mind, body, and soul!

4 miles,  Moderate pace, 620′ elevation gain

Bring: Water, bandana or eye mask, layered clothing

Note: These hike takes place on uneven, rocky terrain, be sure to wear hiking shoes
