Join us for a restorative wellness gathering set within the natural beauty of Jack London State Historic Park. Surrounded by towering redwoods and peaceful landscapes, this experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with nature, and find a sense of connection.
As part of our seasonal programming, this event celebrates the quiet magic of winter and the sense of renewal that comes with the start of a new year. We will explore gentle forest trails together, allowing the sights, sounds, and stillness of the forest to calm the mind and refresh the spirit. Enjoy a guided walk with moments of reflection, forest bathing, and gentle yoga, all designed to help you feel grounded and refreshed.
Step into the forest, embrace the season, and leave feeling renewed.
