At Jack London Park we are blessed with a bounty of fall colors and offer you the opportunity to be inspired and capture that magic in a photograph. One you can share with others.
Fun bonus! With the blaze of fall colors, it is a perfect time to unleash your creativity while creating awe-inspiring images with ICM or “intentional camera movement.” Using this technique, the camera is moved during the exposure for a creative or artistic effect. Warning…it is easy to get hooked on this method while having fun! Deborah will guide you with pointers for success.
Bring your camera and take home dazzling photos with guidance from JLP photographer Deborah Large, learn how to make a storytelling image with the use of composition, color, and contrast. We will finish by sharing a few photos from the morning shoot.
After the class, submit your best 3 images from the day and Deborah will create a web gallery shared with those who participate.
Although the class is designed for all levels of photographers, you should be familiar with your camera controls albeit a DSLR, Point and Shoot, or a smartphone to get the most out of the class.
