Full Join Rebecca Lawton, author, scientist, and long-time guide, for a literary bird walk on Oona-pa’is (Sonoma Mountain). We’ll stroll to Jack London’s Ranch and beyond, looking for wild birds and especially musing on corvids. We’ll investigate crow talk, raven lore, and those baffling jays as well as look into writing about corvids from Oona-pa’is literature and works from farther afield.
The distance we’ll cover will depend on the bird life we observe, but we can expect to travel between 1 to 3 miles round trip.
