Join us for a guided walk at Jack London State Historic Park to explore the fascinating world of mosses and lichens, along with other small wonders of the forest.
During the walk, you will learn to notice their unique forms, textures, and colors, and gain insight into how these often overlooked organisms interact with their environment. Whether you are a naturalist or simply curious about the details beneath your feet and along the trail, this event offers something for everyone.

Where: Meet in the museum lot on the left as you enter the park
Admission: $25 *Park entrance fee waived
Event Detail: We’ll be travelling ~ 1.2 miles roundtrip on uneven terrain. Sturdy walking shoes and weather appropriate layers are recommended.
