Join us for a transformative women’s wellness event set against the beautiful backdrop of Jack London State Historic Park. This special day is designed for women to reconnect with the natural world and with one another, all while embracing the rejuvenating power of nature.
As part of a seasonal program, the focus of this event will be to embrace the reawakening of Spring that is felt in nature and within ourselves. Traverse serene trails through majestic redwoods, allowing the forest to refresh your spirit. This guided hike offers moments for thoughtful reflection.
Joining us for this event is Joyce Mikal-Flynn, professor at Sacramento State University and author of Anatomy of a Survivor. Joyce will help guide our discussion of wellness, resilience, and the healing power of time spent in nature.
Let this journey through nature rejuvenate and inspire new connections.
