These monthly walks in one of our magical local parks are provided to promote health and well being while helping participants develop a regular fitness plan for themselves. Led by a physician (Matt Zwerling, M.D.) and educator (Greg Englar) they are designed to explore the interface of nature and wellness and enhance awareness of the benefits of both. We will cover topics such as stress reduction, balance, flexibility and specific ways in which to exercise in a natural environment.
