Saturday Morning Fitness Hikes

Start the weekend off with a fun, self-empowering fitness hike with like minded hikers.  Choose from 2 options:

Option A: Get started with an easy-moderate 1mile guided hike to the lake before returning to the parking lot for a total of 2 miles.

Option B: Continue from the Lake for a longer guided hike. Hike descriptions below.

B.    Lake-Upper Fallen Bridge-Orchard 9:00-1:00     

        a.     Moderate 6 miles

August 4

A.     Lake and back loop 9:00-11:00

        a.     Easy-moderate

B.     Lake-Deer Camp 9:00-12:30

        a.     Moderate 6 miles

September1

A.     Lake and back loop 9:00-11:00

        a.     Easy-moderate

B.    Lake-Sonoma Ridge Trail 9:00-2:00

       a.     Strenuous 10 miles

October 6

A.     Lake and back loop 10:00-12:00

        a.     Easy-moderate

B.     Lake-Cowan Meadow Trail 10:00-3:00

        a.     Strenuous 9 miles

November 3

A.     Lake and back loop 10:00-12:00

        a.     Easy-moderate

B.     Lake-Park Summit 10:00-2:00

        a.     Strenuous 8 miles

December 1

A.     Lake and back loop 10:00-12:00

        a.     Easy-moderate

B.     Lake-Old Fallen Bridge 10:00-12:30

        a.     Moderate 4 miles

Sorry, dogs are not allowed.

Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water.

NOTE: Hike times may vary

Where: Meet at Jack London State Historic Park in the ranch parking lot.

Free hike 

Rain will cancel.
